- Play the recording again for pupils to repeat the lines in the speech bubbles. 
Repeat the steps a few times.

- Play the CD for sts listen through the days of the week
- Sts listen, point and repeat
- Explain the pattern:

- Ask pupils to point and say about the days by asking and answering Qs about the 
days.
- Have pupils look at the calendar 
- Run through the names days of the week – Sts listen and repeat 
- Have pupils point and days a few times 
- Ask sts to practice in pairs to ask and answer about the days base on the model
- Model
* Pairwork 
- Monitor the activity, check the pronunciation (stress, assimilation of sounds and 
intonation), and offer help when necessary. - Call on some pairs to perform the task at the front of the class. The rest of the 
class observe and give comments if possible. 
- Make a few questions to check pupils' comprehension of the language. 
- Have the whole class repeat all the phrases in chorus 
2. Listen and tick: 
- Have pupils look the days given in lines.
- Get sts say aloud
- Tell the pupils that they are going to listen four dialoges and tick the correct 
words.
- Play the recording twice pupils to listen and choose the correct answers. Compare 
the answers with the partner.
- Play the recording again pupils check their answers. T gives the answer:
- Have pupils act out the dialogue in pairs or groups for correction.
- Ask some questions to ensure pupils’ comprehension of the listening text.

- Tell them that they are going to practise asking and answering about the activities

- Have pupils play roles according to the activities in the table given.

guess. Compare the answer with the partner.
- Play the recording again pupils check their answers. T give the answer:
- Ask some questions to ensure pupils’ comprehension of the listening text.
